Molly Bertinato, MA., CCC-A is a pediatric audiologist at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital with more than twenty years of experience diagnosing and treating hearing loss. Early in her career she specialized in aural (re)habilitation therapy, and continues to offer auditory function evaluations for children with hearing loss and sound sensitivities. Molly’s clinical and therapeutic experience led her to investigate factors that influenced outcomes of children with hearing aids and cochlear implants. She strives to ensure children have quality sound access and develop good listening behaviors. Treating children with symptoms of tinnitus, recruitment, hyperacusis and misophonia was a natural career progression; her compassion for individuals with listening difficulties is personal: she and many family members struggle with auditory processing difficulties associated with attention-deficit disorder. Molly’s life experience drives her unwavering passion to think outside the box, and search for solutions to complex problems. She enjoys collaborating with other professionals because she believes that it takes a village to raise children, and to achieve comprehensive care. She strives to provide families with support and resources necessary for success. Molly helps children and families find hope in managing their auditory needs.
