The International Misophonia Research Foundation was created to help facilitate research for Misophonia, as well as develop and offer resources to help clinicians and sufferers of Misophonia. As such, we have the following plans for the use of donations. All spending must be approved of our Board of Directors.

Our plan is to use donations in the following ways:

• Operating costs and expenses
• Funding academic research studies
• Creating an academic peer-reviewed journal for Misophonia research
• Grants and scholarships for Misophonia classes or other education
• Creating resources for sufferers of Misophonia, families, clinicians, and researchers
