Our topic was “Misophonia Coping Skills”
May 18th and 19th and was held virtually via the Zoom app.
The Misophonia Matters May Conference was hosted by the International Misophonia Foundation as part of Misophonia Matters May. This year’s topic was “Misophonia Coping Skills”. As we recognize that there is no current approved treatment for misophonia, the purpose of this retreat was to provide a variety of topics on coping with misophonia, without one view taking center-stage. This was not a research-based event. While citations were encouraged and can be shared, the purpose was to provide information, activities, and skills that can be immediately incorporated into coping with Misophonia.
