The IMF offers cards for sufferers of misophonia to give out to those around them. These cards feature a design that allows individuals to provide their own trigger sounds. You can request 10 cards to be mailed to you at no cost, shipping worldwide.

Mailing will be done through snail-mail and can take up to a few weeks. We also provide the option to offer a donation to the International Misophonia Foundation to help support our research, education, and awareness goals. For those who want multiple cards, you can purchase 50 or 100 at a time through our store.
