I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/ LCSW and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional/ CCTP at the International Association of Trauma Professionals/ IATP. I currently provide outpatient behavioral health therapy at Primary Health Network, one of the largest in the community health center model (FHQC) Federally Qualified Health Center. I provide outpatient behavioral health services to a range of clients from ages 14 years and older with various ethnic, cultural, socioeconomic backgrounds and mental health issues. My offices currently are in Ebensburg and Latrobe. In Latrobe I have forensic experience working with various youth from residential treatment programs. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work in Advanced Generalist Practice with Rural Emphasis from California University of Pennsylvania’s Multi-level Community-based Ethnic-sensitive Social Work Practice Program. I have previously worked as a Medical Social Worker Supervisor and Bereavement Coordinator for Aseracare Hospice of Johnstown where I also provided supervision as a field instructor for The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown Master of Social Work Program and St Francis University Bachelor of Social Work Program. Past experiences also include behavioral health coaching for VetAdvisor Support Program, provided coaching services to our nations’ veterans and military service members. My role as a BHC was to assist in life improvement and satisfaction of active duty United States Marines and Sailors. My last employment prior to PHN outpatient was at the James E Van Zandt Medical Center in Altoona, Pa as the Homelessness Coordinator.
